Dog Adoption application

We thank you for your interest in adopting. By submitting this application, you are agreeing that you have filled it out truthfully. ASTDR does not work on a first come first serve basis but what is the best fit for your home and the puppy/dog. You will be notified when your application has been approved or denied and will be given further steps in the adoption process if approved. We are volunteer based and process applications when we can.
